HomePros are permitted to submit offers, promotions, photo galleries of past works, videos, and other marketing material (collectively, “Content”) on the Website within the confines of the HomePros own microsite.

The Content on the Website are intended for personal, noncommercial use only. All materials published on the Website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. HomePros grant HPG a perpetual, nonexclusive, world-wide, royalty free, sub-licensable license to Content you submit to the Website, which includes without limitation the right for the HPG or any third party it designates, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, digital, thumbnail, scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed, any submission posted by you on or to the Website.
RELIANCE ON INFORMATION
HPG does not warrant to make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Website or otherwise related to the Content or any third-party links from the Website. Further, HPG is not liable for your inability to access the information on this Website for any reason.
HOMEPROS MICROSITES
By creating a HomeProsMicrositeas a service provider, you agree that any content you publish on yourHomePros Microsite may be viewed by the general public.You also agree that HPG may use the information published to yourHomePros Microsite on our promotional materials and advertising. HomePros represent and warrant that all Content published to your HomePros Microsite is accurate and complete.
Only HomePros approved by HPG are permitted to distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any advertising or solicitation for goods or services on the Website that are in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
HomePros may provide promotional materials, offer, sales, and discounts for publication to their HomePros Microsite. HPG is not responsible for your reliance on said materials.

HPG has not reviewed all of the third-party links listed on its Website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the third-party link by HPG. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
HPG is a Delaware limited liability company with its headquarters located in Troy, MI. This Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. You agree to submit to jurisdiction and venue in the State and Federal courts of Michigan, USA.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
